Life can be complicated, but you do not have to travel alone. W.I.S.E is currently accepting new patients for both counseling and nutrition counseling. Our staff is trained in a variety of areas and specialties to accommodate each individual client's needs.

Jennifer Pereira MA, RD, LD, CSCS, LPC 

Jennifer is a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She has been in private practice since 2006 providing nutrition therapy, specializing in eating and behavioral food issues. She later graduated with her Masters in Professional Counseling and is licensed as an LPC.

Jennifer has worked with clients across the spectrum of weight and wellness:this includes mental, emotional, and physical needs. She is trained in 2 specialized therapeutic and trauma treatment techniques: EMDR and ETT. Nutrition experience and focus ranges from those with anorexia/eating disorders to chronic dieters to those having gastric bypass surgery. It is her goal to help people remember the natural relationship with food and self with which we were all born.

She provides counseling and/or nutrition services through W.I.S.E., Project Bliss, private practice, and online/phone.

Lindsey Reed LMSW

Lindsey is a Licensed Master Social Worker.  She graduated with her BS in Psychology from Texas A&M Commerce, and her Masters in Social Work from UT Arlington. She plays many roles at Project Bliss including coordinating all Interns and Volunteers at our facility, adminstrative tasks, marketing, and clinical practice. Lindsey regularly trains and  provides in services for our staff. In addition, she provides many excellent groups for our clients. She also coordinates and conducts our education and outreach initiatives. With a deep passion for recovery, Lindsey assists residents in navigating life in recovery and offers guidance to peer mentors.

Utilizing a strength based approach, Lindsey assists clients in developing internal motivation and realizing their capacity. She believes recovery is possible, and that each individual possess the abiity to overcome struggle. With the use of evidenced-based practices, she helps clients expand their flexibility in thinking, explore meaning and passion,  and  discover an identity outside of their pain, struggle, disorder, etc. Lindsey specializes in eating disorders, and LGBT issues, but enjoys working with all people.

Tiffany Medlin, LPC-Intern

Tiffany is a LPC- Intern under the supervision of Holly Webb.  She provides individual counseling sessions, as well as group sessions for clients of W.I.S.E.   Individual sessions are tailored to fit the client in order to best assist them in the healing process.   Tiffany’s desire is to encourage people through their journey to recovery. She also does an excellent job with our Thursday night Eating Disorder Support Group.
