This healthy eating plan will allow your body to settle into its ideal weight. I refer to this as a set point weight, which is the weight your body returns to naturally. This may not be the ideal body weight you see on the charts or in the media--for many people those weights are unrealistic and unnatural.

It is very easy to read this information about how to eat right, and then go on with your usual eating habits. You may decide it is too hard or too time consuming. But as you know: doing the same thing over and over, and expecting new results is the definition of insanity.
