Available Tracks:

Body, Mind, Spirit

Today's world can be overwhelming, stressful, and busy. Rarely do individuals find the time to relax and unwind or do so in an effective and healthy way. The Body, Mind, Spirit track will teach you how to engage in life more fully while also balancing daily obligations with relaxation skills. This track would include groups like Meditation & Movement, Creative, Yoga, & Mindfulness.

Health & Healing

Begin to closely examine your relationship with food, weight, and your body. The Health and Healing track will provide tools and skills for individuals feeling stuck in their nutrition and fitness routine or find it difficult to balance life and eating right. This track would include groups like Body Function & Movement, Nutrition, Body Image, Yoga, and Food & Body Support.

State of Mind

Consistently we received the message to withhold our emotions or suppress our feelings, when in fact it is very natural to experience a variety of emotions. The State of Mind track will help you work through mood disturbances, anxiety, or general distress.

Life Purpose & Work

At times you may feel you are mindlessly going through the motions of life. Rediscover your significance and value, while exploring possible new life directions. Seek a greater sense of self and purpose.

Life Transitions

Change in life, although inevitable, can feel very intimidating and isolated. Examples of life transitions may include marriage, divorce, relocation, change in career, loss of a loved one, parent role transition, and education to career. The Life Transitions track will allow you to work through hesitations, fear, and discontent.

Relationships & Family

Explore reoccurring patterns in your relationships with friends, family, or partners that may be considered dysfunctional or toxic. Families or other important persons are welcome to join client for some groups if appropriate. Concepts might include communication skills, family roles, authenticity, and boundaries.

Application & Evaluation

When you are ready to fully experience your awesomeness, call (817)584-5399 in order to set up your evaluation appointment. The evaluation consists of a one hour session with the Program Director to establish client needs, goals, track planning, and finances.  During the evaluation you will determine which track is appropriate and level of involvement.
